Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Service

1.1 We offer delivery across selected locations within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability, time slots, and fees may vary depending on the delivery area.

1.2 While we strive to meet all requested delivery times, delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, and peak periods.

1.3 Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off times and product availability.

1.4 It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact number. Infinity Flowers is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Delivery Conditions

2.1 Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

• Leave the order with a third party (e.g., security/reception), or
• Attempt to contact the recipient for alternative arrangements

2.2 If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or access restrictions, redelivery may incur additional charges.

2.3 For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, offices, or public locations, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to internal policies or access limitations of those locations.

3. Product Handling & Substitution

3.1 Flowers are perishable products and may arrive in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity.

3.2 Due to seasonal availability or supply constraints, certain flowers, packaging, or desserts may be substituted with items of equal or greater value and quality.

3.3 We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall style, color scheme, and presentation of the selected product.

4. Delivery Delays

4.1 Infinity Flowers shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic congestion
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays or peak demand periods
• Government restrictions

4.2 In such cases, we will make every effort to complete delivery as soon as possible.

5. Acceptance of Delivery

5.1 Delivery will be considered completed once the order has been delivered to the provided address and accepted by the recipient or a third party on their behalf.

5.2 Once delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer/recipient.

6. Failed Deliveries & Refunds

6.1 If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer or recipient unavailability, refunds will not be issued.

6.2 If Infinity Flowers is unable to fulfill the delivery due to internal reasons, a refund or alternative solution will be offered in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Governing Law
